Another Big Update: RAW GM, Bischoff-WWE, Kane, Divas, More

WWE.com is reporting that Vince McMahon's announcement of RAW's new General Manager will be kicking off the show this Monday night at 9pm Eastern/8pm Central. We reported earlier that the rumored names for the slot still include Dusty Rhodes, Shane McMahon and Jonathan "The Coach" Coachman. Rumors of JBL taking the position don't appear as likely as before unless plans have changed. We will be sure to pass on word right away when the new General Manager is announced this Monday night on the USA Network.

WWE.com has an article up with rap group the Three 6 Mafia in regards to their appearance on Friday Night SmackDown this past week and attempts at getting a job with WWE.

According to reports, "See No Evil" did an estimated $730,000 on Friday night. This took the movie to No. 7 overall for Friday and the film is already looking to be holding up better than previously expected. Early reports have the film winding up with $1.8 million after its second weekend and that it will pass the $8 million mark by next week.

Eric Bischoff isn't expected to be brought back as the GM and appeared to have been simply visiting last week backstage at RAW. For those unaware, Bischoff is still under contract with WWE.

WWE.com has added a new Power 25. Rounding out the top five this week is John Cena at No. 1, Rey Mysterio at No. 2, Mark Henry at No. 3, Kane at No. 4 and Bobby Lashley at No. 5.

WWE has signed diva Shantelle Taylor to a developmental deal. Taylor will be assigned to the Deep South Wrestling promotion in Georgia.
