WWE Draft Lottery Returns ECW Style

WWE has announced that "in an effort to bolster the brand", Paul Heyman will get a draft pick from both Raw and Smackdown. The tease is that Heyman will pick a Raw star to join ECW tonight.

Heyman and Foley will also hold a debate.
