Edge Update, RAW, SmackDown!, Shamrock Beat Up, & More

Edge moved up to the number one spot in this weeks Power 25 rankings on WWE.com

A brief article in the new EGM magazine mentions that all the grapple moves in Smackdown vs Raw 2007 will done via the right analog stick. The game is scheduled for release on 11/01/06 on the Xbox 360 and it will be a launch title for the PS3 in late November.

Friday's edition of Smackdown did a 2.7 rating in Nielsen's fast national ratings, with a 5 share, which is up in recent weeks. We'll have the final rating next week.

Former WWE superstar Ken Shamrock returned to the octagon to face arch rival Tito Ortiz in UFC s #61 pay-per-view offering. At age forty two, Shamrock wasn t much competition for the younger Ortiz as the match was stopped with Ortiz getting the victory.

Memphis Wrestling will be running a three day wrestling boot camp next weekend under Jerry Lawler and Jimmy Hart.
