TNA Notes: Mitchell Denies WWE Rumors, iMPACT!, & More

The 7/8 Saturday replay of TNA iMPACT! drew a final 0.5 cable rating. That is the same replay the show has been averaging as of late.

In a report first published by the Pro Wrestling Torch, reports earlier this week claimed that James Mitchell had contacted World Wrestling Entertainment in hopes of getting work with the new ECW brand. According to Mitchell himself, who is still under contract with TNA, those reports are not true and claims no communication has taken place with WWE.

The following dates have been announced for upcoming TNA PPV events: Hard Justice on August 13, No Surrender on September 24, Bound For Glory on October 22 (which is rumored to be held outside of Orlando in the Detroit area), Genesis on November 19 and Turning Point on December 10.
