Lots Of TNA Notes: House Shows, Women Of Spike, Christy Hemme, & More

There is talk of an international TNA house show later this year.

The "Women of Spike" TV special only scored a 0.61 rating.

AAA has plans for a TNA vs. AAA show at El Toreo in Naucalpan. They have talked about a Traci Brooks and Christy Hemme vs. Tiffany and Estrellita match, plus bookings for Ron Killings, Abyss, AJ Styles, Jeff Jarrett and Samoa Joe. Antonio Pena is also trying to get Scott Steiner, who turned down the promotion last time they contacted him.

On the 8/25 Zero-One Max show at Korakuen Hall, Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin challenge Ikuto Hidaka and Minoru Fujita for the NWA International Light Heavyweight tag team titles.

Damon from Toy Biz has assured the fans that the Sabu TNA figure shown at Comic Con will be released. It will come in a 2 pack with Raven and is do out this fall. That set will also include Sting/Jarrett and The James Gang. Most of the other new figures shown that weren't previously announced won't be released until 2007.

Mike Tenay, Don West, Jay Lethal, AJ Styles, Christian Cage, and various other TNA stars were all interviewed backstage before the Victory Road PPV for the upcoming Sting DVD.
