At an ECW house show this past weekend, Tommy Dreamer borrowed a prosthetic leg from a member of the audience to use in his Extreme Rules Match against Test. ECW.com has posted a video of the moment, which you can check out at their website.

The Matt Hardy vs. Gregory Helms match on Smackdown on 9/15 got a 0.8 rating, thus making it the lowest rated segment in the history of the show.
As things stand now, WWE has a Raw/Smackdown/ECW combined taping set for 11/6 in Columbus, Ohio, which would be a five hour plus show.
