The RAW show was definitely hurt by ESPN's Monday Night Football, drawing an 11.8 cable rating which was the largest number in ESPN History. As noted earlier, RAW did hours of 3.4 and 3.5 with the overrun doing 4.0 for a total 3.4 cable rating. That is down from last week's 3.7 and is one of the lowest non-holiday numbers all year for RAW.

Kid Kash was released from WWE due to attitude problems. That's the same issue he had with TNA and has had with many other independent promotions.

Jim Ross has added a new blog over on his official website (jrsbarbq.com) where he talks about Kurt Angle signing with TNA, this weeks Monday Night Raw in Oklahoma City and more.

The recently released WWE developmental wrestler Kevin Matthews has opened his official web site at KevinMatthewsOnline.com.

On Oct. 2, WWE fans will be treated to a bonus feature of Extreme Championship Wrestling: The live event scheduled for Topeka, Kan. at the Landon Arena at the Kansas Expocentre will now take place on Monday, Oct. 2 at 6:30 p.m. (originally scheduled for Oct. 2 at 7:00 p.m.).

TNAWrestlingNews.com is reporting that Christy Hemme should be medically cleared to wrestle in a few weeks. She will likely wrestle for AAA next month. She plans to continue to train at the Inoki Dojo in California and with Scott D'Amore in Canada. Hemme is best known for winning the first RAW diva search with WWE and posed nude in Playboy before she was let go.
