– World Wrestling Entertainment released ECW original Francine earlier today.

WWE posted the following on their website:

WWE has come to terms on the release of ECW Diva Francine Fournier as of today, Oct. 12.

We wish Francine the best in all future endeavors.

– There is no word yet on what led to her release. She managed to make a few TV appearances since the ECW brand was re-launched.
