Flash Funk (2 Cold Scorpio) is set to work Smackdown's tour of Spain in December.

Afa Anoia Jr., son of Wild Samoan Afa, has signed a WWE deal after being evaluated in Deep South Wrestling for a week.

WWE has confirmed that ECW house shows will be discontinued as of December, with the brand instead touring with Smackdown. The feeling is that they sent ECW out on the road before they were ready for house shows, so now they are taking a step back. WWE had a greatly reduced budget for marketing ECW events (possibly as low as $500 per show) which is probably why they had a hard time getting word out about the shows.
