TNA To Form An All Black Group?, Too Cold Scorpio Update, More

Jody Hamilton and Bill DeMott were not fans of Greg Gagne and didn't like that he was assigned to interject himself on their running of Deep South Wrestling. In Ohio Valley Wrestling, Gagne was well-enough liked, but considered behind the times. It hurt his standing that Stephanie McMahon hired him after meeting him at the Hall of Fame banquet, and John Laurenaitis from the beginning questioned the move.

As we all know by now, WWE recently signed Charles Skaggs aka Too Cold Scorpio to a three-year contract. Booker T had been pushing WWE to sign him in the past few months and he did well in his tryout match. There were some concerns regarding his weight, as well as his past drug issues, but he's had no problems the past few years as far as his in-ring performance is concerned in Pro Wrestling NOAH. He's not the wrestler he was ten years ago, but he's a better entertainer, so that should play well in WWE. Also, he is quite agile given his weight and age. Scorpio will turn 41 on October 25th and he's scheduled to start working some WWE shows next month after he fulfills a few commitments over in Japan. He was the latest post-40 wrestler signed in an attempt to bring in older wrestlers who can lead and teach the younger wrestlers.

There has been some talk of putting Elix Skipper, Monty Brown and Ron Killings together as a faction called BET. This is Terry Terry Taylor's idea, not Vince Russo's.
