WWE Battle For "Captain Charisma", ECW DVD Release Date, More

Since William Jason Reso (Christian Cage) never responded or filed for a time extension to claims from World Wrestling Entertainment over the "Captain Charisma" name, the USPTO website is reporting that a "notice of default" has been entered against Reso and that he has thirty days (from October 6th) to give a reason why the notice should not be entered. With regard to the name, it was created while Christian was working for WWE, and therefore became the intellectual property of the company due to the terms of contract that he had.

The ECW: December To Dismember PPV will be released on DVD one day after Christmas on 12/16.
