2 Eighties Stars Hired By WWE, Hardy's/Kendrick Injuries, More

As noted yesterday, WWE has hired "Dr. Death" Steve Williams and the Rock 'n' Roll Express' Robert Gibson as road agents. They will go with the WWE talents to TV, and on their days off, they'll travel to Louisville to work with the talent in Ohio Valley Wrestling. WWE had been looking to fill the two spots after letting Ted DiBiase & Tim Horner go a few months ago. Then Jim Garvin & Tully Blanchard were hired to replace them, but they both quit within mere days for various reasons.

The Hardyz and Brian Kendrick were banged up following the ladder match at Armageddon, but not seriously.

The Condemned, starring Steve Austin, will be released April 27th. It's said to be the best film WWE has done yet, and most people have only seen rough cuts. Austin will return to RAW in early 2007 to help promote the movie.

The SmackDown shows on 12/4 and 12/5 in Portugal both did about $533,000 at the gate.
