- Shawn Michaels vs. Randy Orton.

WWE Women's Championship – Falls Count Anywhere
- Melina (c) vs. Mickie James.

- Plus, the special guest referee for the "Battle of the Billionaires" Match at WrestleMania 23 will be named and we all know who that is already.
