Another Diva Has Heat, Layla's Payrate, & More Notes

Apparently, Candice Michelle now has as much backstage heat as Melina does these days. No reasons were given, but she does have some at the moment.

Layla El will likely have to take an 80% paycut if she wants to stay with WWE when her one-year $250,000 contract expires in August.

Both Howard Finkel and Mike "Simon Dean" Bucci have called up Mexican wrestler and former TNA star Shocker, trying to get him into the company, at least according to Shocker. Shocker is currently under contract to CMLL, but his goal in life has always been to work with WWE. However, he's leery about leaving CMLL because his experience in TNA was bad. He told WWE he'd like to work for them and hope they could go through the CMLL office to book him. However, in the current political climate, it probably won't happen.
