Shantelle Taylor Update, RAW, Tons Of Various Notes

The 3/18 Raw show in Valparaiso, IN drew 4,000 fans for a $118,000 gate.

Deep South diva Shantelle Taylor has been receiving good reviews for her athleticism. She recently worked a try out match as a male cruiserweight all covered up.

Marco Corleone (Mark Jindrak) is now using the nickname "El Halcon Europeo" (The European Hawk).

In CMLL, Corleone, Shocker and Alex Koslov have formed a group dubbed Los Guapos Internacionales.

Antonio Inoki's decision to start up a new promotion technically violates the non-complete clause he signed when The Yukes purchased New Japan Pro Wrestling.

Speaking of Inoki, he has claimed his new IGF (Inoki Gnome Federation) will raid New Japan talent, although most NJPW wrestlers are not interested in jumping ship. While most NJPW stars respect Inoki, they believe his concept of pro wrestling is outdated and won't work. Most NJPW workers are glad the Inoki influence is gone with the departures of Inoki and son-in-law Simon Inoki, the former President of New Japan.

IGF's main financial backers will be G-Communications (which also backs two "Inoki Bar" franchises in Tokyo), and Kawamura K-Dash.

Antonio Inoki is claiming he'll debut a 7'4" Mongolian wrestler as part of his new Inoki Gnome Federation (IGF) promotion. IGF is slated to debut in late June.

Nippon Sports Publishing Corporation entered into bankruptcy on 3/12. The group had published Gong Magazine dating back to the 1960s.

Speaking of publications, Kami-No-Puroresu magazine is in the process of purchasing the HUSTLE group from Dream Stage Entertainment.

The Yukes is producing a nostalgia pro wrestling videogame called The Abdullah the Butcher vs. The Destroyer based on stars from the 70s.
