On 5/8, Senior Vice President John Laurinaitis acquired 10,000 new shares of WWE stock at a reduce rate, paying $130,031. He then sold 14,941 shares at $17.75 a share, which earned him $265,203.

Kevin Dunn, head of television production, acquired 32,709 shares and paid $418,509 at $12.79 per share, and then sold more than 37,000 shares at full price to rake in a cool $691,960.

Stephanie McMahon acquired 42,500 shares for $490,810 after getting her promotion and latest set of stock options.
