WWE hall of famer Jesse "The Body" Ventura and Marcia Clark (the prosecutor in the O.J. Simpson trial) taped a pilot for CBS called "Live Justice." The show is likely to debut this winter.

WWE has signed Ohio Valley Wrestling referee Goose Mahoney to a developmental deal.

Regardless of some cable stations still running the commercial, the proposed Jackass match at Summerslam is still off. Right now the company plans to push the return of Triple H as the main attraction for the show.

UWF's Capital Punishment II show on September 21st in Richmond, VA is a charity show at the Siegel Center. All proceeds will be going to the Commonwealth Autism Service. Hermie Sadler's daughter is autistic and he does a lot of work in raising money for the cause. WWE is sending Ricky Steamboat, JBL, Ron Simmons and Sgt. Slaughter to make guest appearances.
