Report: Current WWE Superstar Named In Dr. Astin Indictment

TMZ.com is reporting that they have "learned that current WWE SmackDown wrestler Rey Mysterio (real name: Oscar Gutierrez) and former WWE wrestler Mark Jindrak, are the two other wrestlers named in an indictment against the physician currently involved in the Chris Benoit double murder/suicide investigation."

When contacted, a WWE spokesperson told
TMZ, "We cannot comment on this ongoing investigation at this time."
