Richard Scrushy, 54 and former CEO of "HealthSouth" was sentenced to nearly 7 years in prison yesterday for bribery and corruption. In the early days of TNA Scrushy provided some much needed investment to launch the promotion. He was fired by HealthSouth after a $1.7 billion accounting scandal was uncovered.
Before the Victory Road PPV it was discussed in passing that Elix Skipper should walk the structure and do his famous Hurricanrana maneuver, but nobody would take the move and when Skipper discovered the actual height of the structure the discussion turned in to a joke.
