Impact Rating Goes Up

Although it is not by a large margin, this weeks Impact rating rose to a 1.1 from a 1.0 cable rating last week. Before any rounding it scored a 1.12 which is better than previous 1.1's which were rounded up. In other words they have seen a slight rise.
