More On Joe's TNA Contract, SpikeTV/TNA, Angle, More
TNAWrestlingNews.com is reporting that there is still a lot of time left on Samoa Joe's TNA contract ? probably about a year or so. He's turned down several contract extensions as of late, but that doesn't mean he's leaving the company anytime soon. He wants to keep his options open for next year.
Kurt Angle did not work the 9/8 IGF show since he was scheduled to wrestle three times at the No Surrender PPV. He did appear at the show via a taped interview. He said he'd work the next show, believed to be in November, and defend the "IWGP" title. At this point, Angle is not booked for the next IGF show. TNA is talking to New Japan and IGF in regards to booking Angle in Japan.
TNAWrestlingNews.com is reporting that TNA and Spike TV's new contract is a two year deal, which expires in the fall of 2009.
