Cohen also recently defended school teacher Jennifer Porter, who hit four siblings in Tampa while driving her car, killing two of them. Porter was able, however, to avoid receiving any jail time. Nick Hogan was the driver in the crash, which happened on August 26 near downtown Clearwater.
