The Atlanta Journal-Constitution is reporting that Dr. Phil Astin, Chris Benoit's physician, is slated to file for bankruptcy protection. Astin had the following comments about the situation: "That's all I can do now. I don't have any funds. [The case] has disrupted every aspect of my life."
According to BoxOfficeMojo.com, WWE Films' "The Condemned" DVD debuted at #2 on the DVD/Home Rentals chart in its first week, grossing $4.15 million. That is a solid number for the WWE and shows that the film is doing better on the DVD side than it did in theaters.
WWE.com has just posted part three of their interview with the seven-time WWE Women's Champion Trish Stratus. Regarding a possible comeback, it doesn't seem to be in the cards. "[The fans] all want to know about a comeback and when's it going to be. I don't know," Trish said. Though she also added, "If I had retired and been sitting at home and been thinking 'what now,' I might have been 'Hi Vince, can I please come back now?' I've just gotten so busy with all this other fun stuff now."
All the recent buzz on Chris Jericho has helped searches on him climb Yahoo.com's top overall searches movers list. Searches for Jericho jumped 551% in one day. He was the thirteenth biggest mover of the day yesterday.

The magazine features reactions from all of the staff writers to the Benoit murder-suicide. The magazine also features several photos highlighting both Benoit and Woman's respective careers in pro wrestling.
