- There was dark match prior to the pay per view starting between Kane and Kenny. It was said to be a satisfactory performance.

- The crowd was going crazy when Beth Phoenix made her entrance. However for Candice Michelle it was the total opposite.

- John Cena's father was spotted in the crowd and was assumed he would be used for the show.

The fans were pro-Orton. It is believed that many of the fans are tired of seeing Cena as the champion.

- Out of all the entrances made throughout the night, Batista and Undertaker received the most pop. Other big pops were for Triple H.
