More On Brock Lesnar Signing With UFC; White Comments

This weekend at UFC 77 "Hostile Territory" the MMA world was excited with the announcement of Brock Lesnar signing a two-year contract with the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Lesnar is very well known in professional wrestling for being a former WWE champion and a WrestleMania XIX main eventer.

Lesnar has been training for upwards of two years and has rejected several offers to return to the pro wrestling industry. UFC president Dana White spoke out publicly about Lesnar signing saying that "I don't think there are any other pro wrestlers that can make the transition to MMA, except for Brock Lesnar. And if you look at his amateur wrestling credentials, his size, and what he's done, this guy can end up being a force in the heavyweight division of the UFC."

It will now be interesting to see how well he develops as a heavyweight given he's a mountain of a man with impeccable wrestling credentials.
