There were rumors of Robert Roode possibly taking Tomko's place in the main event tonight. Those rumors appear to be false, as Tomko is expected to compete tonight.
The word making its rounds backstage at tonight's Turning Point PPV is that everyone is happy with this week's Impact rating. Impact and UFC were both listed as doing a 1.1 cable rating. Management is said to be very happy that the two shows did similar numbers, considering UFC gets far more promotion from SpikeTV.
Rumors are circulating that Judas Mesias may make his return tonight at the PPV, after suffering an injury outside of the company.
Former ECW wrestler Hack Myers is backstage at tonight's TNA PPV. He was hired to handle the backstage security.
