WWE has heavily promoted tonight's 15th Anniversary episode of RAW. The company's marketing firm has got the company ads through several different advertising publishers. The ads are even showing up on some wrestling news web sites. WWE expects a huge rating for tonight's show live on the USA Network.
Neither Mean Gene Okerlund nor Paul Bearer are expected to be on tonight's 15 Anniversary episode of RAW. Bearer confirmed he wouldn't be appearing in a blog post while Okerlund is scheduled for an Internet radio show.
WWE.com is teasing an angle with RAW's General Manager William Regal for tonight's show.
Expect Vince McMahon to get "beat up" by WWE superstars both past and present on tonight's show. The preliminary outline for the show calls for McMahon to get humiliated in several angles.
There are rumors circulating that Psycho Sid Vicious may make an appearance on tonight's RAW. That's not confirmed.
Despite making a return that he said that he would never make, tonight's RAW will not be centered around Hulk Hogan. Hogan's return comes as a surprise to many as he was telling people close to him that he'd never work for Vince McMahon again just a few months ago.
WWE has confirmed Mick Foley, Trish Stratus, Lita, Steve Austin, Sunny, Eric Bischoff, and Hulk Hogan for tonight's edition of RAW. The reunion of Evolution with Randy Orton, Triple H, Ric Flair and Batista is expected. Dave Meltzer is reporting that Mae Young, Gangrel, and Jim Neidhart will also make appearances.
