The Very Latest On Sting, Karen Angle Screws Up, '08 PPV's, More
As of the weekend, there was no Sting update. Apparently he was telling people a few months ago that he wouldn't resign with TNA, but TNA still feels they can keep him in the fold.
During a backstage segment on last night's Turning Point pay-per-view Karen Angle accidentally said that she saw Samoa Joe talking with Scott Hall and Kevin Nash earlier in the night. Karen was referring to an earlier backstage segment between Kevin Nash and Samoa Joe where they were arguing about the whereabouts of Hall. Given that Scott Hall was not at last night's PPV, this was obviously something that TNA management was not happy about.
It was announced after last night's Turning Point pay-per-view that beginning in February 2008 TNA PPVs will be moved out of Orlando on a more regular basis. The company has already confirmed that Against All Odds will be held in South Carolina and there is talk of holding a pay-per-view in Boston or New York City. However, at this point there are still plans to hold some PPVs in Orlando.
