– As a follow up to a story we reported on earlier this week, the man who impersonated a police officer and pulled over Batista earlier this week has turned himself in. As it turns out, he is a fan of Batista.

The 18 year old is facing charges of impersonating a officer, a first degree misdemeanor that can result in 180 days in jail if convicted.

According to the teenagers father, his son just watned to get a picture and an autograph from Batista, so he used the red flashing lights to pretend he was a police officer.

when the fan approached Batista's car, Batista was suspicious because the "police officer" was wearing camoflauge and had no badge or police equipment. As Batista drove away, he called 911 as the fake cop followed him, then turned and drove away. Because the crime is a misdemeanor, the person's name was not released.
