More On Tonight's SD! & ECW Tapings, London Injured?, & More News

L Anne Carrington sent this in: As many know, Paul London was missing in action from this weekend's house shows. This in from my friend and fellow fan Marla of San Marcos, TX who was able to shed light on the situation: "He was having problems with his ANKLE, he didn't hurt his foot. Also, he is to be at Raw tomorrow night, but most likely not in the ring?but that could change. We'll have to see."

Mark sent word that the WWE Cruiserweight Title no longer appears as an active title on the Smackdown roster page over on WWE.com. The title does still appear in the Title Histories section of the website, but is listed as vacant.

WWE will be taping Friday Night Smackdown and ECW on Sci Fi tonight in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.

There are no matches announced yet for tonight's Smackdown taping. WWE.com is promoting the fallout from last week's show where Rey Mysterio won the "Beat the Clock" competition to earn a World Title shot against Edge at the Royal Rumble. They are also teasing a possible confrontation between MVP and Ric Flair.

Scheduled for the live broadcast of ECW on Sci Fi is ECW Champion CM Punk vs. Chavo Guerrero with the stipulation being that if Chavo beats Punk, he will earn a shot at the ECW World Title.

We are looking for reports from the tapings tonight. You can send in your report by clicking my name at the very top of the post.
