Brooke Hogan At The Grammy Awards, ROH/TNA Problems, More

Hulk Hogan's daughter Brooke attended the 50th annual Grammy Awards yesterday at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, CA., and looked absolutely fantastic. Sporting a long purple dress, Brooke looked like a young Heather Locklear on the red carpet and it was one of the few times that celebrity critics didn't bash her for her choice of wardrobe and make up. One of the major carriers of pay-per-views in Canada has dropped the Ring of Honor PPVs due to a lack of buys. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, one of the recent ROH PPV offerings only mustered about 36 buys nationwide. This is alarming since ROH does have television on the Fight Network in Canada. TNA isn't doing much better in Canada. One of the recent TNA PPVs only drew a few hundred PPV buys. At this point, only UFC and WWE draw serious buy numbers in Canada.

Raw on 1/28 drew 206,000 Canadian viewers (about a 2.2 rating). Smackdown on 1/25 in Canada did 153,000 viewers and ECW drew 62,000 viewers.

From Jorge Uribe: Rob Van Dam, Mick Foley, and Christy Hemme are scheduled to appear at Wizard World Los Angeles. The event is March 14-16, and Foley is scheduled for the 14th and 15th and RVD the 15th and 16th.
