Joey Numbers sent this recap in: Hey this is Joey Numbers of The Whole Effin Show. Just to let you guys know I was watching ESPN's First Take this morning. They discussed for about 2 minute's the Mayweather Big Show upcoming match at WrestleMania. They discussed Mayweather's $20M payday, discussed the incident at the press conference yesterday and referenced the incident at No Way Out. Hosts Jay Crawford and Dana Jacobson then said they didn't know what to make if it, and "you never know whats real or not in wrestling." The segment was very fair and even mentioned that a lot of people may peek in at WrestleMania just for this match.
Xtremefalls43 also sent this recap in: On ESPN's First Take program The Mayweather and Big Show Press Conference got covered. First during the Quick Takes segment. Then during the first and 10 segment with Skip Bayless and Dolphin's kicker Jay Feely also covered the segment. At first Bayless put down professional wrestling but as the segment went on they started to bury Boxing and joked about the Big Show's size. During the end of the show they continued to talk about it and asked if Skip would rather jump into a pool of mud or wrestle Big Show and he choose the Mud. It did seem that Feely and the two host of the show were for Big Show and Mayweather while Skip Bayless wasn't thrilled about it.
WWE issued a press release today announcing that it has reached a multi-year agreement with the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America.
