TNA Against All Odds - Kurt Angle Vs. Christian Cage (TNA World Title)

TNA World Title with Special Enforcer Samoa Joe. Kurt Angle defeated Christian Cage.

Samoa Joe introduced first as Special Guest Enforcer. Christian Cage introduced second followed by Kurt Angle and company. We have our in-ring introductions.

Joe exits the ring and we have a bell. The two circle the ring and lock up. They get in a corner and break. Angle with a go behind and a waist lock takedown. Angle gets to a vertical base and has a side headlock applied. Off the ropes and shoulderblocks Cage and takes him over in a headlock.

Two count for Angle. Back to a vertical base is Christian now who sends Angle rope-to-rope, leapfrogs him once. Angle shoulderblocks Cage down. Angle drops and elbow but Cage moves. Cage with a side headlock takeover now. Angle gets up and Backdrop Suplexes him down but Cage hangs on and keeps control of the Side Headlock. Both men up now and the referee calls a break. Angle whips Cage to the corner, and back to the Side Headlock Takeover for Cage.

Cage sends Angle to the ropes. Cage charges and Angle Belly-to-Bellys Cage over head to the outside floor. Angle grabs a chair and Joe takes it from him and throws it on the floor. Angle shoves him. Joe shoves him back and drops him to the mat. Cage now takes advantage and clocks Angle. Angle picked up Cage for an Angle Slam and backs him into the ring post.

Angle hits Snake Eyes on Cage in the corner. In the ring Angle has a body scissors on Cage who reverses it into a roll up. Two count. Angle now hits a German, and hangs on. Cage turns it around and he hits a back suplex over his head and flips Angle completely over, nearly dropping him on his head. Cage now clotheslines Angle. Angle gets flap jacked.

Cage hits a reverse X-Factor on Angle and floats over into the pin. Two count for Cage. Cage goes to the top rope. Angle springs up for a suplex but Cage bites him and shoves him off. Cage hits a Frogsplash and gets a two count. Angle goes for an Angle Slam but Cage counters with an arm drag and then sends Angle to the outside of the ring. Angle trying now to German Cage from the ring apron, but Cage hangs on.

Angle somehow applies an Ankle Lock on the apron and takes Cage through the ropes with it still applied. Angle goes for an Angle Slam, but Cage floats over. Angle tries again and hits. Two count only!

Angle now goes for a Moonsault and leaps, but Cage rolls away. Cage on the ropes now. Angle gets up and tries to leap up but Cage pushes him off. Angle goes back to the well once more and hits a Fall Away Slam on Cage from the top rope. Two count for Angle and now he is looking in disbelief.

Out of nowhere Cage hits an Unprettier and covers?1?2?.KICK OUT! Angle kicks Cage in the gut and goes for a clothesline, Cage ducks but the Referee is knocked out. Cage applies an Ankle Lock. Joe jumps in as replacement referee. Joe asking Angle if he's going to tap. Angle crawls to the ropes and grabs the ropes. Karen grabs Kurt's hands and Cage yanks Angle back and drags Karen in. Joe says to Christian go do what you want. Karen slaps Cage. Cage then pie faces her and threatens to punch her. Angle charges Cage who moves and Angle hits Karen. Cage rolls him up..1?.2?.KICK OUT by Angle. Joe now takes Karen Angle out of the ring and carries her to a chair where he sits her down. AJ now appears from the crowd. AJ is about to Springboard when Joe runs full speed and grabs AJ's foot keeping him from leaping in. Joe and AJ battle into the crowd. Angle now gets a chair and gets in the ring. Joe has taken aJ all the way out of the building. Angle winds up, swings, Cage ducks. Cage now tries a shot but Angle moves. Angle gets the chair and clocks Cage across the back. Referee still down. Here comes Tomko who takes the chair from Angle and tosses it out. Angle goes to punch Tomko but he holds up. Tomko pushes Angle off and then Grabs Cage, and Death Valley Drivers Christian Cage to the mat, and slides out of the ring, walking away. Angle looks with shock, crawls over Cage and covers him. 1?2?.3. Your Winner: Kurt Angle
