TNA iMPACT! Rating Is In, Sharkboy/Austin Gimmick, Velvet Sky, More

Last night's Impact on Spike TV scored a 1.1 cable rating, with 1.6 million viewers. The show posted quarters hours of 1.08, 1.05, 1.03, 1.02, 1.12, 0.92, 1.14 and 1.02.

TNA wrestler Shark Boy's ongoing parody of the "Stone Cold" gimmick has now crossed over into the world of merchandise. TNA is now selling a t-shirt for "Stone Cold" Shark Boy that is very similar to WWE's classic "Austin 3:16" shirt. The t-shirt is black with "Shark Boy 24:7" on the front and a smoking Shark's mouth on the back. You can check that out here. It's available for purchase at ShopTNA.com.

As noted on iMPACT!, TNA will debut a new weekly segment on iMPACT! next week called TNA "Rough Cut," which will take a look at the lives of the TNA wrestlers outside of the ring. Here is TNA's description of the segment: Next Thursday night, March 6 on SpikeTV, TNA Wrestling will debut a new weekly segment on "iMPACT! called "TNA Rough Cut". The new segment will be a real, rough and uncut look at the lives of the TNA superstars outside of the wrestling spotlight. The debut edition of Rough Cut will examine the lives of BG James and Kip James. TNA cameras will follow both of the TNA superstars – at home, on the road, with their families and so much more. In the coming weeks and months, Rough Cut will examine other TNA superstars – away from the ring and inside their world. The segment promises be a new TNA experience unlike you've never seen before on "iMPACT!".

TNA Knockout Velvet Sky is doing an autograph session at the Wrestlefest convention this Saturday at the Newark Pavilion in Newark, California. Sky will be there from 10 A.M. to noon and 2-4 p.m.
