Georgia Passes Wrestling Bill, The Hogan/Bischoff Project, Kim Kardashian, More
The Georgia state Senate passed bill 413 (the bill that included regulations on professional wrestling in the state) with a vote of 49 to 6 yesterday. The bill did undergo some revisions yesterday morning before it was voted on, however, there did not appear to be any changes to the pro wrestling section. We are now able to confirm that CMT is the cable network that has picked up on Hulk Hogan's Celebrity Wrestling reality television series. As we noted yesterday, the show will be produced by Eric Bischoff and Jason Hervey and the first season will be taped this summer in Los Angeles, California. The series will have eight episodes with a live 2 hour finale. The casting call that they have put out for the show calls for "adventurous celebrities."
