Hulk Hogan's Affair, RAW/Boxing, Atlas DaBone/WWE, & More News
Former WCW star Glacier wrestled at CHIKARA's Los Trios tournament over the weekend. He teamed up with the tag team 'Los Ice Creams'. Glacier last wrestled in 2006, although he's been largely inactive since 2003. He's been working as a gym teacher/wrestling head coach in the Atlanta area the last few years.
WWE developmental wrestler Atlas DaBone, who looked to be on the verge of a call-up to the main roster, is out of action with a torn ligament in his knee. No word yet on how long he'll be out.
According to ESPNtv.com's programming guide, AWA Wrestling will be moving from midnight to 5:00 pm starting on Tuesday. Also, no program is listed for tonight.
Bart Gunn vs. Big Show boxing match on RAW anyone? That's just a pure guess on my part.
Hulk Hogan had no comments to the National Enquirer when the publication contacted him regarding his affair with 33 year old Christiane Plante last year. Plante revealed to the Enquirer that she and Hulk had an affair while he was still living with his wife Linda. The two met while Plante was working with Hogan's daughter Brooke on her debut album. "I've got nothing to say," Hogan said. "I just want to protect my family." Brooke recently posted on her blog that she was going through one of the hardest issues she ever had to deal in her life and it involved her best friend and one of the closest family members who betrayed her together. Although she stopped short of mentioning any names, one doesn't have to be a rocket scientist to figure out who she's talking about.
