TNA Files Complaint Against Konnan In Response To His Lawsuit

TNA Wrestling filed a complaint in the United States District Court in Texas yesterday, seeking a declaratory order that Konnan cannot pursue his complaint against the company. In his lawsuit filed against TNA, Konnan is alleging negligence on the behalf of the company as well as racial discrimination in connection with the Konnan gimmick.

According to TNA's complaint, Konnan agreed to accept responsibility for any injuries from wrestling with the company and agreed not to file any lawsuit for damages from working with the company.
