Deuce and Domino were the first eliminated by Festus. Cool spot where Noble was thrown out of the ring but landed on Kingston. He walked on some other wrestlers outside the ring so he wasn't technically eliminated and was going back in the ring only to be kicked out by Palumbo. The match came down to Kane and Mark Henry. Kane hit Henry with a high kick knocking him out of the match to win the Battle Royal.

Winner: Kane – he gets a ECW Championship shot later tonight against Chavo Guerrero
