Major Kurt Angle Injury Update Inside Here
Kurt Angle missed last night's TNA house show in Barre, Vermont due to an announced injury.
Reports had been making the rounds that Angle injured his neck while working an event in Korea over the weekend when he was dropped on his head. Angle was booked to face TNA World Champion Samoa Joe at the event, but AJ Styles stepped in and challenged Joe in the main event.
Angle is still expected to wrestle at the Sacrifice PPV this Sunday in the main event against Samoa Joe and Scott Steiner for the TNA World Title. He will more than likely sit out the current string of house show events, although some TNA sources did state there was a chance he would wrestle if he was feeling better.
UPDATE: As of 3EST this afternoon, Kurt Angle was on his way to the TNA house show in Vermont tonight, but it isn't known if he will wrestle or just make an appearance. Angle injured himself earlier this week and did not wrestle at yesterday's TNA house show.
