Cena/Batista On The Horizon, Cena/Mickie Relationship, & More

The long-awaited match between John Cena and Batista appears to be on the radar. On 6/19 at a creative meeting, Triple H pitched an idea for Batista to eventually turn heel and build towards a match with Cena at WrestleMania 25. The match was discussed for WrestleMania 24, but when it didn't happen, it was put on the drawing board again for next year's event.

The WWE Fan Nation mods held a live Q & A with John Cena prior to Night of Champions last night. During the chat, Cena confirmed his rumored relationship with Mickie James. However, he notes that he is no longer involved with her. One fan asked, "First of all, good luck tonight! I love you, and I know your going to win. If you could pick one thing in your life to live over again, what would it be, and why?" Cena replied, "My relationship with Mickie James because it was over much too soon." Cena also said that he recently recorded a single with Snoop Dogg that will be appearing on Snoop's MySpace account. "I have just recently recorded a single with Snoop Dogg which should be on his MySpace page. That has led to the possibility of a ten song downloadable project with myself, Snoop, Freddie Foxxx and The Dogg Pound," Cena said.
