Carlito Wrestles Ricky Ortiz, Big ECW Diva Mistake, Lawler's Artwork, More

Three members of the DiBiase family — "Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase, WWE World Tag Team Champion Ted DiBiase, and 20-year-old Brett DiBiase — did a segment in the middle if the ring at Tuesday's Florida Championship Wrestling show. Brett also wrestled his first FCW match at the show. No word yet if he has a a developmental contract with WWE.

The WWE site has an article on Jerry "The King" Lawler winning a rare piece of artwork. He outbid a number of other people at an auction in Dallas, Texas. "It's an amazing piece of art. All my life I've been an artist, and have been blessed with some artistic abilities. Norman Rockwell has always been my favorite artist of all-time, and a major influence on all the artwork I've ever done," said Lawler. "To have an opportunity to own an actual piece of art he did himself is a once-in-a-lifetime thing, so I'm really excited."

Carlito wrestled his first WWE match in nearly two weeks at last night's SmackDown/ECW house show in Hampton Beach, NH. He defeated Ricky Ortiz in the opening match on the card, giving him his first loss in the company. Carlito beat him with the backcracker. Carlito still has the cornrows hairstyle he debuted at a house show two weeks ago, whereas Ortiz has hair similar to Carlito's former hairstyle. On another note, this was Ortiz' first house show match as a member of the main roster.

ECW General Manager Theodore Long's assistant Tiffany made her first appearance in front of a live WWE crowd at the SmackDown/ECW house show in Hampton Beach, NH last night. She defeated Victoria, Maryse and Cherry in a "Diva Dance Off." The four then got in a fight and Tiffany & Cherry chased them off. In a funny note, infrequently seen ECW backstage announcer Lena Yada was the MC for the competition, and she introduced her as Tiffany, but accidentally called her by her real name, Taryn, during her dance. Yada then called her Tiffany again when she won.
