JR Comments On Murdoch's Release, ECW's New Timeslot?, More

WWE.com has posted photos of the Raw brands tour of South America this week.

Dave N. sent this in: According to The Futon Critic, as from September 30th, ECW is moving timeslot to 9/8C. That could just be a mistake.

Sean Melendres sent this in regarding the new WWE program replacing Heat internationally: After WWE halted production of Heat, which was shown on television in international markets, "WWE Vintage Collection" took its slot. It's a one hour show hosted by Gene Okerlund, reminiscent of the WWE Classics segment on Confidential a while back. There have been a few episodes so far and it seems like each one features matches/segments from a certain month and year.

Jim Ross has commented on WWE releasing Trevor Murdoch this week over on his official website (jrsbarbq.com). Here is what Ross had to say: "It was surprising to see that likable Trevor Murdoch was released this week from the WWE. This one really caught me off guard as I personally always liked the Harley Race trained wrestler who I know will land on his feet and continue to grow in the business that he loves. I was looking forward to calling Murdoch's Smackdown bouts but, as The King always says, one can't grieve forever. I do wish Murdoch nothing but success and great health. This business is all about challenges and obstacles and how one handles them."
