Cena Buys Beer For Everyone In NYC Bar, Released WWE Stars, More
This week's FCW TV taping will be the first without advertised WWE talent appearing.
According to the New York Post, John Cena bought beers for everybody at the Wildwood Barbeque in Manhattan following his autograph signing at a GNC location in New York last week.
The wrestlers released by WWE on Friday are now taking independent bookings but cannot appear on TV or do interviews for 90 days.
Mr. Kennedy has posted a blog on his official website (www.Ken-Kennedy.com) regarding his recent shoulder injury. He said he has a torn labrum. Last week, Kennedy underwent four different MRI's and met orthopedic surgeon Dr. James Andrews in Pensacola, Florida on Thursday. Kennedy wrote, "I'm going to spend the next two weeks in Pensacola doing two-a-day rehab sessions. I will also be working out the other parts of my body that aren't hurt by swimming, sprinting, cycling, leg training, and eating 6 nutritious high protein meals a day. After two weeks, Doc Andrews will assess my progress and determine if I have to have surgery or not." If it is determined that he doesn't need surgery, he should be cleared to wrestle in an additional two to four weeks. However, if it is determined that Kennedy needs surgery, he will be out for four to six months. "Obviously, I'm hoping for the first option," Kennedy wrote. "Regardless of the severity of my injury, I will be working as hard as I can to return to the ring and continue to do what I love. I have the unbelievable support of my wonderful wife, family, extended family within the WWE, and my loyal fan base. I ask for your continued support! As this situation unravels I will keep you updated!"
