SummerSlam: Mark Henry Vs. Matt Hardy

Mark Henry (c) vs. Matt Hardy

Hardy hit a twist of fate almost immediately and Tony Atlas broke the count, prompting the referee to call for the bell. Really. Tony Atlas started beating on Hardy when Jeff Hardy ran down to ringside and made the save, and eventually hit a swanton on Atlas outside the ring. The Hardy's then proceeded to double suplex Mark Henry outside of the ring. With this ending, I would expect the Cena – Batista match to have a clear winner (I've been expecting a screwjob ending) but I'm not holding my breath.

Winner via disqualification: Matt Hardy
