TNA Threatens To Sue UFC Fighter, Foley's TNA Status, & More

? Mick Foley's contract with WWE expires on Monday (tomorrow), which would prevent him from signing a TNA contract at this point obviously. The original report on Foley to TNA was that he had agreed to terms – it was never said that he had actually signed a contract.

? TNA has threatened to sue UFC Fighter Jon Koppenhaver over the usage of the nickname "The War Machine" due to their trademark on it for fellow wrestler Rhino. In response, Koppenhaver has legally changed his name to War Machine. Koppenhaver did a rant on the situation by making fun of wrestling and calling it fake.

? Devin Cutting sent in the following: Kip James will be appearing at the Universal Championship Wrestling event in Hartford, Kentucky on September 13th, 2008.

? TNAWrestlingNews.com is reporting that the reason that Sting's Hard Justice PPV run-in was on AJ Styles instead of Samoa Joe is because the company felt the tough New Jersey crowd would boo Sting against AJ Styles, but would cheer Sting against Samoa Joe.
