ECW's New Timeslot, Kowalski, Orton's RAW Promo, TNA, More

James in Virginia sent this in: I'm not sure if it means anything, but during ECW on Sci Fi, they had a commercial for the new season of Scare Tatics at it's new day and time, Tuesday September 30th at 10 pm. That's ECW's timeslot. Not sure if ECW is moving times, or just won't be on that night for some reason. Note from Ryan Clark: To add, WWE is moving ECW on Sci Fi to a new timeslot beginning on that night (September 30) to 9:00 p.m. ET. This call was made so the show could air during primetime and be under the new TV-PG rating.

diegov211 sent this in: Walter "Killer" Kowalski's passing was acknowledged today on ESPN's Pardon The Interruption show during the shows final segment. Big John Studd was briefly mentioned when he and Kowalski were tag team champs in the 70s. An archive video should be available within a few hours on ESPN's web site.

Charlie sent this in: I just wanted to say that I read your little note about DirecTV cutting out during Randy Orton's promo on Monday Night Raw. Well, Time Warner Cable cut out for a moment as well. We saw the beginning, which showed the Killer Kowalski memorial graphic, then it cut to commerical. We didn't see the Raw intro or Randy's entrance. It came back on just as Randy was getting into the ring. Just wanted to let you know.
