Major WWE TV Taping Changes Coming Soon, 'Taker's Bad Knees, More

At this past Friday's SmackDown/ECW house show in Austria, Undertaker was again having problems with his knee. According to a fan in attendance, during the match he slapped and punched his knee, bended it a few times, and placed one leg on the ring steps from time to time while standing on the apron. Triple H worked the majority of the match against MVP and Big Show.

The big WWE taping at the Air Canada Centre on Monday, Dec. 22 will be a Raw and SmackDown taping. Apparently there won't be an ECW taping. The official website of the Air Canada Centre is hyping the event with the following post: "Witness TWO of the most exciting WWE Television Shows take place on the same night, under ONE roof for ONE ticket price!! First See SMACKDOWN live and then be a part of MONDAY NIGHT RAW when it is broadcast live to the WORLD from TORONTO!!" Tickets go on sale on Saturday, October 25th, 2008 at 12:00 PM @ Ticketmaster.ca.

WWE will be on a different taping schedule for most of November, as well as part of December. ECW will be taped before Raw for a few weeks during the last two months of the year and Smackdown will be taped bi-weekly during the month of November, doing two episode tapings at one show. The taping schedule will be back to normal following the holidays. Here is the updated taping schedule for Raw, SmackDown, and ECW through the end of the year.

November 10th in Manchester, England: One episode of Raw and one episode of ECW.
November 11th in Manchester, England: Two episodes of Smackdown.
