WWE Has Their Work Cut Out For Them On RAW, Ratings Update, More

? WWE has a lot of work to do on next Monday Night's RAW with everything that's coming up. Not only do they have to promote the new timeslot for ECW on Sci-Fi and the switch for SmackDown to MyNetworkTV, but this will also be the last RAW before the No Mercy pay-per-view. WWE hasn't been able to directly say "Hey we're moving to MyNetworkTV" on their recent SmackDown broadcasts on the CW Network, besides the commercials, so the feeling is that they should have done something bigger besides the moving guys angle with Jesse and Festus. RAW next week will be used to promote the Champions vs. Champions matches for the MyNetworkTV debut and all the top stars from all three brands will probably be on hand next Monday night for RAW.

? As posted earlier, this week's RAW did a 3.05 cable rating, with hours of 3.01 and 3.09. The show averaged 4.74 million viewers with a 2.15 in P18-49 and a 2.80 in M18-49. The show was skewed 64% male with a median age of 35 years old. A couple people e-mailed and asked why I wrote 3.05 in one post and 3.1 in another? you do the math.

? New Japan Pro Wrestling is trying to put together a historical event at the Tokyo Dome for the 20th Anniversary of the Dome, with the debut show being on April 24th, 1989. The company wants to do a big joint show with New Japan, TNA, Pro Wrestling NOAH, All Japan Pro Wrestling, Dragon Gate and Dradition.
