The SmackDown opening video and a pyro display kick off the show. Jim Ross welcomes us to the show. Where tonight; Triple H will face The Great Khali in a Lumberjack Match with The Game's opponents on Sunday as the Lumberjacks.

Speaking of Triple H, he comes down to the ring to his King Of Kings theme. JR and Tazz hype the scramble match at Unforgiven, saying that HHH has never had odds stacked against him like this before (uhh?Elimination Chamber, genius?). HHH hypes his involvement in the match, before Shelton Benjamin interrupts on the mic saying that it's not about HHH. He says you need a lot of talent to win, and he is the gold standard. Benjamin brings up how he dropped Jeff Hardy, MVP and HHH last week, followed by a video package of each three. HHH says that he is an excellent cheap shot artist, and if Benjamin's so tough he should go face-to-face with HHH. Benjamin walks down the ramp as MVP comes out saying he's better than all the combatants in the scramble match. Benjamin and MVP get into a verbal war of words, as HHH interrupts saying that he was simply cutting a promo. When Benjamin and MVP talk trash which they can't back up. He basically just says what the typical formula would be for now. All of a sudden, The Brian Kendrick attempts to attack HHH. HHH and Ezekiel stare at each other, when Kendrick nails HHH with a head kick. All four team up on HHH, as Jeff Hardy comes in the ring and clears the ring. Goes for a Swanton but Ezekiel drops Jeff on the turnbuckle, HHH nails Ezekiel with a steel chair as everyone backs out of the ring. Jeff and HHH are left in the ring, as HHH's music hits.

The next match involves R-Truth! R-Truth is in the crowd rapping to his theme music making his way to the ring. Does a cool dance in the ring, his opponent: Bam Neely. Credible opponent.

MATCH 1: Bam Neely vs. R-Truth

Back and forth match ? nice to see R-Truth have a good amount of offense. R-Truth hits his scissors kick for the win. Impressive stuff. Kind of felt like a WWE vs. TNA match.

Winner: R-Truth

After the match, R-Truth poses in the ring.

Tazz mentions that Vickie Guerrero will not be here tonight. Also later tonight; Jeff Hardy vs. The Brian Kendrick and up next; Shelton Benjamin vs. MVP.

Woah! All of a sudden Undertaker's in the ring. He growls about coming for her soul at Unforgiven. He talks all death / gothic type about chokeslamming her into a coffin and setting it on fire. He says she will join her husband Edge, Taker promises endless agony and eternity in hell.

MVP's music hits to kick off the next match?a Shelton Benjamin twenty second video hits, again?very pointless.

MATCH 2: Shelton Benjamin vs. MVP

Good mat wrestling early on, MVP hits a slap and Benjamin takes him down. A brawl then ensues. MVP attempts to walk away, Benjamin attempts to disallow MVP from doing so but MVP nails him with a vicious right hand. MVP with a submission move in the middle of the ring. Benjamin lifts MVP on his shoulders and hits a backbreaker for a nearfall. Benjamin goes for a high-flying move but MVP moved before Benjamin can hit it ? After the match, Vladimir Kozlov comes out to the ring. He says something in Russian before kicking Crazy out of the ring. Kozlov says that he's not competition and he demands competition. Enter Big Show! Show gets on the mic and says that he's up for the challenge. Kozlov accepts and just before they go at it, Vickie Guerrero storms to the ring screaming at Vladimir to get out of the ring. Vickie says that Big Show has interfered with SmackDown enough, and that he won't be doing it again. She tells Big Show to go home or he will be suspended indefinitely and that this isn't an oversight. Big Show quickly leaves very angrily. Vickie is showered in boos when she asks for quiet. Vickie addresses that reinstated and apologised to Undertaker and then he threatens her life. She says that she is GM and that she is not scared anymore, and that she has been places which make hell look like a vacation. She says she is no longer a victim of Taker, and that at Unforgiven Undertaker will have to apologise to Vickie Guerrero.

This week's "FROM THE VAULT" match????????..The Great Khali vs. Rey Mysterio vs. Batista from last year's Unforgiven. As you know, Batista walks away the winner here.

Out comes Victoria for another match against Brie Bella.

MATCH 6: Victoria vs. Brie Bella

Not a really worthwhile match, similar from last week's. Brie goes under the ring for a second time and out comes her twin sister to roll up Victoria for the win.

The Raw Rebound: Shawn Michaels and Chris Jericho segment and highlights from the past few weeks. JR and Tazz highlight the Unforgiven card.
