Edge Reveals Why He Took Time Off From WWE

– WWE Superstar Edge stated during an interview with BetweenTheRopes.com that he had asked for time off and that he's not nursing any major injuries.

"I needed to kind of just get a break and kind of step back from the 120 mile per hour pace and lifestyle for a little bit," he said. "I actually asked for it. Nobody has to force me to take time off.

"I'm at the point now where I think here and there it's a good idea... I don't want to get burned out on it. I don't want to just call it in. I never want to get to that point, not that I was, but I was getting tired."
